Barbara Hunt

Having worked in Auckland law firms for 8 years in civil and commercial litigation and for NZI for two years as in-house counsel, in 1991 Barbara Hunt went to the independent bar, working in commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, and maintaining a criminal practice and until 2004 Barbara practised out of Bankside Chambers in Auckland. In 2004 Barbara moved to Wellington and joined Lambton Chambers and her work was exclusively in criminal trials and appeals. In 2020 Barbara returned to Auckland and joined Hobson Chambers, specialising in crime.
